The first print came damaged, but the response from the customer service department was quick, and a new print was sent out promptly.
Had a fantastic experience ordering from Fish Prints! Not only did the finished product exceed my expectations, but the customer service was phenomenal. I had some confusion surrounding the online ordering experience and reached out to Kyle for clarification. His response was extremely prompt and he helped get me sorted immediately. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and sent a mockup of the print for final review before proceeding in mailing the real print. I truly appreciate this attention to detail and the thorough research that went into this part of the process as it was a custom print for our local lake. We received the print quite quickly through the mail and it was evident that extreme care and caution was taken in using the proper materials to wrap it. The frame itself is of amazing quality and the finishes (hooks etc.) are extremely thoughtfully considered. I could not be more pleased both with the print itself and the outstanding service I received throughout this entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone and can't wait to share this beautiful print with all of our friends, family and lake neighbours!
